Contact Us
Want to contact Best Online Poker Sites? This page explains what we can help with, what to include in a message, and where to go for problems we can't solve. Poker players must be 21 or older in most regulated US states (a few set the minimum at 18). If you are under the legal age in your state, please don't use poker sites.
Disclosure: how this site earns money
Best Online Poker Sites is an independent comparison site, and we may earn a commission if you sign up with a poker room through links on our pages. Those commercial relationships do not decide rankings or ratings. You can read more about who we are on the About Us page.
What we can help with
- Corrections: a bonus figure, payment method or state-availability detail that looks out of date. Our listings were last fact-checked on September 30, 2026, and promotions change often.
- Questions about a review: why a room is ranked where it is, or how we compared rooms.
- Feedback: topics you'd like covered, or parts of the site that are hard to use on a phone.
- Business inquiries: partnership or advertising requests. These never buy a higher position.
- Reporting a concern: anything on the site you believe is misleading or aimed at people it shouldn't be.
What we can't help with
We don't run any of the poker rooms we review, so we can't see or change your account. That covers the rooms currently listed: Coinpoker, Bovada, Stake.us, Ignition, Americas Card Room, Black Chip Poker, Ya Poker, BC Poker, Betonline and Jack Poker. We also can't:
- release a pending withdrawal, reverse a deposit or resolve a verification (KYC) request;
- recover a password or reopen a closed account;
- settle a dispute between you and an operator;
- give legal advice about online poker in your state.
For those issues, use the support or help section of the poker room itself, and keep screenshots, transaction IDs and dates. If a complaint isn't resolved, you can consult your state's gaming commission or board if the operator is licensed there. Note that a site accepting US customers isn't necessarily licensed in your state, so check that first.
How to write a message that gets a useful answer
- Name the page and the section you're asking about.
- Say which state you're in, since availability and rules differ by state.
- For a correction, describe what you saw and where, such as the offer page or its terms. Screenshots help.
- Don't send passwords, card numbers, Social Security numbers or ID documents. We will never ask for them.
We read every message, but we can't promise a reply time or a particular outcome. Questions about our terms of use are covered in the Terms and Conditions.
Bonus questions: check the terms first
Most bonus queries come down to the conditions. Before you deposit, read the room's own terms for wagering or playthrough requirements, time limits, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts and state eligibility. A headline such as "100% up to $2,000" is a ceiling, not an amount you are owed, and releasing a bonus usually means playing a required volume of raked hands. Only the operator can confirm how your account is treated.
Responsible gambling and where to get help
Poker involves risk, and you can lose money. Never play with money you need for bills or essentials, never try to win back losses, and never treat poker as income or a way to fix money problems. Skill does not remove the risk of losing.
- National helpline: call 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-426-2537) for free, confidential support.
- Tools: use deposit limits, time limits and self-exclusion where the operator offers them, and respect any state self-exclusion you have in place.
- More guidance: see our Responsible Gambling page.
If you're in crisis or worried about your safety, please contact local emergency services or a trusted person right away.
